Most is available at stores, but I do have to drive around town to get each type. One store will carry sorghum, another will carry amaranth. Its a little annoying. I wish I was in the US, the product line is fantastic! And they have lots of online stores. Places in the US have issues shipping to Canada for some reason. I find it very hard to get hold of amaranth flour etc. Can you buy this stuff from a shop or do you mail order it? This looks like a great recipe! -
